At Pull The Plug Patches, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your battle vest upgrades. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the patches or apparel in their original packaging to ensure they are not bent or damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the items for any signs of use or sewing, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5 business days.
